Today we were joined by a few more people. Andi flew in from Minnesota and was picked up by Angela and arrived late Friday evening. Jen and Saul joined that party on Saturday morning.  Our day was mostly occupied a trip to the beach, on the north shore of the Cape, followed by a massive steamer and lobster feast. It has been interesting to see the differences between the Jersey shore and the beach here. When the tide goes out the beach becomes huge and, in general, even during high tide, the ground you have to stand on isn’t deep, nor have I felt any sort of undertow. It may just be mild weather conditions for the moment, but the surf is far less rough than what you’d find in New Jersey.
